I have visited Alison numerous times for Botox treatments and have always felt completely confident that her priority is her patients’ wellbeing and achieving a natural, understated result. She is a highly qualified and professional nurse with a lovely, caring manner, and I have always felt in very safe hands with her. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Alison to anyone considering treatment.

The clinic at Versorium was really nice, clean and the staff on reception were friendly.

I was a little nervous regarding my initial consultation but needn't of been at all as I felt at ease and reassured with all the staff here. Honestly couldn't of asked for more to be honest.

The Versorium clinic is easy to find and has ample parking. The premises are modern and comfortable and all staff are polite, welcoming and professional.

On the whole very pleased although admin was a little confusing before appointment with unexpected changes

Good first impression. Reception and medical staff were welcoming and courteous. The facility was clean and well organised. I did not see a lift so some patients might have difficulty getting to the first floor consulting rooms.

Exceptional clinic /location. I have been there for several appointments and I have dealt with a few different members of staff including Sophie and Gerri both who were extremely helpful. I have seen two consultants there Mr Al-Mahfoudh and Dr Parthasarathy as well as having some blood tests. All of which was a very thorough and pleasant experience.
