The Versorium clinic is easy to find and has ample parking. The premises are modern and comfortable and all staff are polite, welcoming and professional.

On the whole very pleased although admin was a little confusing before appointment with unexpected changes

Good first impression. Reception and medical staff were welcoming and courteous. The facility was clean and well organised. I did not see a lift so some patients might have difficulty getting to the first floor consulting rooms.

Exceptional clinic /location. I have been there for several appointments and I have dealt with a few different members of staff including Sophie and Gerri both who were extremely helpful. I have seen two consultants there Mr Al-Mahfoudh and Dr Parthasarathy as well as having some blood tests. All of which was a very thorough and pleasant experience.

The premises are immaculately clean and the reception staff friendly. I must particularly mention Sophie, Mr Fisher's secretary. Her responses to a number of emails prior to my initial visit and afterwards were quick, friendly and helpful.
