Dr Emily Cantor

Dr Emily Cantor is a highly accomplished Consultant Cardiologist who provides expert, patient-centred care for individuals with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. Specialising in multi-modality cardiac imaging, she is dedicated to utilising advanced diagnostic techniques to ensure accurate assessments and tailored treatment pathways. Her clinical practice is characterised by a reassuring and professional approach, ensuring that patients feel fully supported throughout their diagnostic and treatment journeys.

With a particular focus on structural heart disease, Dr Cantor possesses extensive expertise in advanced echocardiography, stress echocardiography, and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Her clinical interests also encompass cardiac device therapies, including pacemaker implantation and cardiac resynchronisation therapy. By integrating state-of-the-art imaging modalities with clinical physiology, she is able to deliver precise evaluations for complex cardiac conditions, helping to optimise patient outcomes and enhance overall quality of life.

Dr Cantor obtained her primary medical qualification, receiving her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB). She subsequently completed her sub-specialist training and was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) for her research conducted at a prestigious specialist heart and lung centre.
