Dr Eamonn Breslin

Dr Eamonn Breslin is a highly regarded Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who specialises in maternal and foetal medicine. With a patient-centred approach, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and reassuring care to women throughout their pregnancy journeys and beyond. His clinical practice focuses on supporting both routine and complex pregnancies, ensuring that every patient receives personalised care tailored to her unique needs.

As a Subspecialist in Maternal and Foetal Medicine, Dr Breslin has extensive expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, prenatal diagnosis, and the evaluation of foetal malformations. His clinical interests also encompass the management of complicated multiple pregnancies, pre-eclampsia prediction, and the prevention of postpartum haemorrhage. Additionally, he is highly skilled in infertility treatments and minimally invasive gynaecological surgeries, utilising the latest medical advancements to deliver safe and effective outcomes.

Dr Breslin holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and a Doctor of Medicine (MD). He is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (MRCPI). Committed to medical education and clinical excellence, he is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and actively contributes to research and training in his field, including serving as the Quality and Safety Lead for the British Intrapartum Care Society.
