At The Manor Hospital we have access to modern equipment and private facilities for patients in and around the local area.
The Manor Hospital is a Grade II listed Manor House situated in the peaceful village of Biddenham, Bedford. It has 20 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and patient rooms come equipped with a television and telephone. Immediate access to nursing support is provided via a call system and a Resident Medical Officer is available 24 hours a day.
Our facilities include:
- 5 consulting rooms
- 20 patient rooms with ensuite facilities
- 3 rooms with integrated piped oxygen
- 1 operating theatre (with laminar flow ultra clean air system)
- Minor procedures room
- Physiotherapy suite with gymnasium
- General radiology and ultrasound
- Audiology booth
The Catering Department offers a choice from a variety of menus and visitors are welcome to dine with patients in their room.
These facilities combined with the latest in technology and on-site support services, enable our consultants to undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery. This specialist expertise is supported by caring and professional medical staff, with dedicated nursing teams and Resident Medical Officers on duty 24 hours a day, providing care within a friendly and comfortable environment.
