Mr Singh is a trauma and orthopadedic consulant surgeon who focuses on the treatment of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. He is based in Bedford and Milton Keynes and provides specialist assessment and treatment of upper limb disorders. He provides a ''one stop shoulder ultrasound'' and ''one stop carpal tunnel clinic'' where diagnosis can be made and confirmed on the 1st visit saving time for patients in the treatment pathway. He considers non surgical treatment first and in over 90% of cases, patients will not require surgery. When surgery is required Arthroscopic and accelerated rehabilitation techniques are used where possible to promote faster recovery and reduced time off work and sports. Whatever the diagnosis and treatment plan the rehabilitation solution will be tailored to your work and sports requirements. His surgery works closely with physiotherapists and hand therapists to aid rehabilitation.Diseases, Medical Tests and TreatmentsPerform shoulder ultrasound scans and provide 1 stop shoulder service with appointment, x-rays and scans on 1st appointment which allows accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Having had both hands operated on 4 weeks apart, MR Singh explained everything that would or could happen and put my mind at ease. Both operations went well and I could not fault the care and attention from Mr Singh (and his team) I was seen very quickly once referred and am extremely pleased with both the process, procedure and outcomes. I found Mr. Singh to be a very pleasant and friendly man. His explanations of my problems and his efforts to solve them and his success in doing so gave me every confidence.
He was very reassuring and gave a very clear and thorough explanation of my problem and what he proposed to do about it. No hanging about at the clinic - I was seen promptly on both occasions. His secretary was lovely and very helpful with appointments etc
