The appointment was rushed. I could barely finish speaking before the doctor already made his mind up about what I supposedly have. Assured me I’m not dying which I knew, but I live with chronic pain for years now and I’m allowed to be bothered by it. I got advice to buy a TENS machine without being given any instructions on how to use it in general or my specific use case. Got a useless leaflet about a chronic pain cycle that brought nothing new to my life. Cried in the appointment, got given a tissue and then rushed out of the office. Cried some more in the bathroom. I wonder if that’s the experience for just the NHS referred patients.
So friendly and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Easy to speak to and as we share the same rare condition it was very nice to have someone to talk to about it.
Dr Mulla was very helpful and explained well the procedure I will be having on the 18th July
Dr Mulla was thorough and professional throughout my mother’s consultation and treatment.
Dr Mulla was very lovely and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure to make me feel comfortable and checked in on me regularly ensuring my pain is manageable before continuing.
Very efficient, told me all I needed to know and it worked, I’m very happy to say as it has given me so far less pain and more flexibility in my shoulder.
Really nice doctor and understanding. Did the most thorough check up on my mother who has been suffering for 2 years with back pain. Thank you
I felt seen and heard in a time when I feel invisible. I was treated like an adult and had my conditions explain to me properly. I certainly appreciated him telling us that some of the conversation was not appropriate for younger ears, so we asked our 12 year old who was with us to sit outside, which was more than acceptable. I was given advice that was again properly explained. So I left feeling a little more human than I went in. Thank you so much, for everything!
