Dr Walid Abdul-Hamid is a consultant psychiatrist. They are passionate about providing tailored and comprehensive treatments for their patients. Dr Abdul-Hamid has a special interest in combining medication and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address the causes of psychiatric conditions, rather than just the symptoms. They also have a particular interest in using medication and psychotherapy to address treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions. Dr Abdul-Hamid has a long-standing interest in cultural and ethnic psychiatry.
