Mr Reffitt has just successfully completed an ampullectomy on a giant polyp found in my duodenum. Because of its size the procedure was complex and fell into the category of ‘high risk’.  Notwithstanding that, through his clear explanations and empathy, Mr Reffitt quickly earned my trust and I elected for surgery to go ahead as necessary.  After three hours in theatre the procedure was successfully completed.  Although I can’t fully appreciate the detail of what took place, it’s abundantly clear his skill is amazing.  Many, many thanks, Mr Reffitt.

Dr Kapoor was very engaging with my daughter to ensure she was at ease during the appointment. He was professional and clear whilst discussing her on-going treatment plan and the next steps.
