Dr Rubeta Matin

Dr Rubeta Matin is a Consultant Dermatologist based in Reading and London. She completed her MBBS at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Hospitals Medical Schools in 2001. During her medical degree she also completed an intercalated Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences and was awarded a First Class.

After qualifying, Dr Matin completed her medical training in University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation and became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2004. She completed her specialist training in Dermatology under the Oxford Deanery.

Dr Matin currently practices with the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust where she is Lead of the specialist Transplant/Immunosuppressed clinic, providing a dedicated Dermatology service to the Bone Marrow Transplant clinic. She also sees patients privately at Derma Reading and The Harley Street Clinic.

She has special interest in cutaneous oncology and in her current posts, typically sees adults with skin cancer, including cutaneous lymphoma. She works closely with leading oncologists and haematologists to provide the best treatment for her patients.
