Friendly but professional explained the procedure really well. I would have no qualms in seeing him again. Great job.

An extremely positive one. He initiated the correct treatment which has resulted in a skin rash which I had had for 2.5 years clearing. I am so relieved as it was unsightly and at times painful. He is very personable, informative and reassuring that if it should flare up I can drop him a line

I was seen on time. After a discussion about my general health Dr Archer examined me confirming what my GP had suggested that my lesions were benign. He asked if I would like the work carried out that very day. A suggestion to which I readily agreed. Some 2 days later, as I write this, I believe the wounds are healing properly.

When being told of the possibility that one has a cancer, one expects to be feeling totally downcast, instead I came away feeling grateful that everything had been explained clearly and to the point, with a good sprinkling of good humour. The only thing he did not tell me was when I should remove the plaster on my cheek. I now look forward to having the biopsy done and I will know the absolute answer. Kerstin

Very good, Charles was very understanding and professional. Seemed to know what my conditions were straight away and prescribed me somethings to try.
