Very professional and explained well
Great experience with Doctor Sylvester, he conducted a series of tests to diagnose me and then I did an MRI. His diagnosis took slightly longer than expected but it was an overall very positive experience.
Very kind and clear with his questions, extremely patient with your answers and extremely informative with his answers and care.
Very personable and knowledgeable. Was appropriate and straightforward with diagnosis and generally friendly to talk to.
Dr Sylvester was very kind to arrange a MRI quickly and took time to review the results with me over a video call. Thank you so much!
Very good experience
Great experience thank you
Doctor Sylvester was very kind and considerate, he appeased my anxieties and made me feel a lot better just from talking. He has explained it would be conducive for my health to be given physio therapy. I did think that he could have gone into more detail as to explain how long my symptoms will last and as to the exact functions of the vestibular nerve which I have been prescribed physio for. I maybe would have still liked a MRI scan because I do suffer from anxieties and worry a lot but I do have every confidence that if it was necessary to have one then Doctor Sylvester would have send me for one. Once again thank you and I am looking forward to starting my physio and hopefully getting back on my feet soon. I have recommended your services to everyone. Kind Regards Stefan
Dr Sylvester was very prompt in seeing me, he was easy to talk to and made a possible diagnosis of my problem quite quickly. I now need to have certain tests to validate this diagnosis. If the tests show positive and I can then be treated for the problem I have then this would be wonderful . He also arranged there and then for me to see Maggie Stacey the physiotherapist which I did and which proved to be very helpful.
