Explanation

Doctor Sylvester was very kind and considerate, he appeased my anxieties and made me feel a lot better just from talking. He has explained it would be conducive for my health to be given physio therapy. I did think that he could have gone into more detail as to explain how long my symptoms will last and as to the exact functions of the vestibular nerve which I have been prescribed physio for. I maybe would have still liked a MRI scan because I do suffer from anxieties and worry a lot but I do have every confidence that if it was necessary to have one then Doctor Sylvester would have send me for one. Once again thank you and I am looking forward to starting my physio and hopefully getting back on my feet soon. I have recommended your services to everyone. Kind Regards Stefan

Explanation

Dr Sylvester was very prompt in seeing me, he was easy to talk to and made a possible diagnosis of my problem quite quickly. I now need to have certain tests to validate this diagnosis. If the tests show positive and I can then be treated for the problem I have then this would be wonderful . He also arranged there and then for me to see Maggie Stacey the physiotherapist which I did and which proved to be very helpful.
