Dr Priscilla Devaseelan

I am a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, with over 25 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. I have extensive experience across the specialty, with a particular interest in menstrual disorders and benign gynaecology including fibroids, PCOS, endometriosis, prolapse, HRT & menopause. I am committed to providing personalised, evidence-based care, ensuring that women feel listened to, supported and fully involved in decisions about their treatment.

Throughout my career, I have maintained a strong commitment to academic excellence, receiving several undergraduate and postgraduate prizes and contributing to medical research through publications.

Alongside my clinical practice, I am the Head of School for Obstetrics and Gynaecology postgraduate training at the Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency (NIMDTA), where I contribute to the education, training and professional development of future specialists.

I offer private gynaecology consultations and have admitting privileges at Kingsbridge Private Hospital and Ulster Independent Clinic, where I undertake gynaecological surgery.
