I came to Dr Sarkhel seeking help with anxiety and depression, and I honestly cannot thank him and his team enough for the incredible difference they have made to my life.

Initially, I was prescribed medication that helped me get back on my feet remarkably quickly. After some time, to help maintain and build on these improvements, Dr Sarkhel recommended TMS therapy. I decided to complete the full course of 30 sessions, and the results have been truly life-changing!

I feel absolutely amazing — full of energy, vitality, and enthusiasm for life. I genuinely feel as though I have got my life back, and I couldn’t be happier.

Dr Sarkhel is an exceptional psychiatrist: warm, patient, compassionate, and incredibly empathetic. He truly listens and makes you feel understood, supported, and cared for throughout your journey.

His entire team deserves equal praise. They are kind, professional, accommodating, and always flexible. You never feel like just another patient — you genuinely feel that your well-being comes first.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Sarkhel and his wonderful team to anyone struggling with their mental health. They have made such a positive difference in my life, and I will always be grateful for their care and support.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Dr Joe is very professional. He put me at ease and explained everything if I didn’t understand the questions. I felt relieved after speaking with him as he made me feel like he actually listened to me and has my son’s best interest at heart and mind. A genuine person, so thankyou.
