Dr. Anna Eaton

Dr Anna Eaton is a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist at Little Psyches, with a decade of clinical experience and a warm, holistic approach to her work. She's passionate about helping young people feel understood and supported, and believes meaningful change starts with a child feeling genuinely listened to by both their family and their clinical team.

Anna studied medicine at St George's University of London and has practised as a doctor in the UK since 2016. She's on the GMC Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and holds a Diploma in Child Health alongside a distinction-level Master's in Attachment Theory, Practice and Research from the University of Roehampton. She divides her time between private practice and NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), with experience spanning inpatient units, specialist eating disorder services, perinatal mental health teams and paediatric care.

Anna was previously lead consultant for autism assessments within a busy NHS neurodevelopmental service in the East of England, and has particular expertise in ADHD, autism and broader childhood mental health assessments. She's also training as a psychotherapist, integrating therapeutic approaches into her psychiatric work. Her style is collaborative and relational — always working to understand what a child's behaviour is communicating, and helping families find a way forward that feels right for them.
