I qualified from Madras University, India in 1991. Further to his post-graduation in General Medicine In India, he trained comprehensively in General Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Yorkshire. He has since been a full time Consultant in Gastroenterology from 2003, moving to Lincoln in 2012 from Scarborough.
I am a full time Consultant at Lincoln County Hospital as well as running a private practice from BMI The Lincoln Hospital and St Hughs Hospital, Grimsby. He has a keen interest in Education and has held posts as Royal College Tutor, Foundation Training Programme Director, Lead for Upper GI Cancer and Service Lead for Medicine and Endoscopy.
A Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist with a special interest in Liver disease, IBD and Nutrition. I see patients with dyspepsia, heartburn, upper and lower Gastrointestinal problems. Treatments include diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower GI procedures including dilatation, treatment of bleeding ulcers and varices, polypectomy including endoscopic mucosal resection, ERCP and capsule endoscopy
