About Dr Nick Mooney

Dr Nick Mooney received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Massey University in New Zealand. He is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society and a registered clinical psychologist with the Health and Care Practitioners Council (HCPC). Since qualifying Nick has worked clinically with older children, adolescents, adults and older adults. He currently splits the working week between seeing clients privately and for the Royal Marsden NHS Trust specialist Cancer hospital.

As a clinical psychologist Nick offers brief, focused and evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy services to clients in Central London and Sevenoaks, Kent. He has experience providing a number of therapy approaches to address a variety of behavioural and psychological difficulties. In addition to common mental health concerns, Nick also works with people who are struggling with emotional or interpersonal situations. His approach is one of collaborating and guidance.
