Dr Losseff had an excellent manner, was very clear and helpful.
Dr Losseff gave me his full attention. There was no sense of hurry. Very professional.
Dr Losseff arranged a follow up telephone consultation , at my request : my concerns were dealt with, and amended medication dosages were agreed, to be followed up after two months, if there were no adverse effects earlier
A very positive experience. Everything happened on time, from my tests to seeing Dr Losseff and the environment was excellent
Consultant had read my notes prior to my appointment (not always a given in my experience with other consultants). He listened to my concerns and discussed the issues. We agreed on further tests. Showed great empathy and understanding.
Dr Nick was very polite and clear as to what needs to be done, what I should do and what I should avoid doing. Was very friendly and easy to talk to, patient and understanding. I felt well taken care of, both as a patient and as a fellow human being - in my past experiences, a lot of doctors treated me as a pain. That was NOT the case here, thank you.
Once the brain is extremely important for one's life, I would rate Dr Nick Losseff as a caring and assertive neurologist. Professionally, he is very reassuring and a lovely person too.
I have worked with Nick for many years. Every patient I have referred to him has been so well managed and supported. Nick has an immense knowledge and a re assuring style
