I am currently undergoing a course of physiotherapy with Kajal Patel after an unlucky streak of muscle injuries the past few months. She has given me excellent advice and my condition has greatly improved with her help!

I had an injury in my lower back which had not healed after 6 weeks and was causing hip pain which was progressively getting worse. My physiotherapist was amazing I wish I went to bodyset earlier she was so friendly, patient, kind and answered all my queries and concerns. I went for my first session and 4 days after I attended the 2nd and saw a dramatic difference in mobility in such a short space of time. Additionally after the first session she taped up my back which gave a significant amount of support and decreased the pain which was such a relief. I now no longer have pain in my back !

I had a severe ankle tendon tear at the end of January, with left me in a boot for 8 weeks. Kajal has been incredibly helpful at not only helping me get my mobility back but also encouraging me in the process. I'm a sporty person and Kajal is helping me not only improve my injury but will ensure both my ankles will be strong enough to prevent future injuries. She's also always friendly and open to answering my endless questions!

Excellent experience with Kajal. She was great at helping with my ankle rehab following a ligament rupture - she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, which makes all the difference! She gave me good rehab exercises to do at home that really helped with my recovery. A great physio who I will definitely come back to if I ever need
