Elisabetta has helped me to regain strength and flexibility after a tendon injury. I can definitely recommend physio with her at Bodyset Maida Vale. When I first started I struggled to get up the stairs. Every week when walking up the stairs to the physio-sessions I could see the progress I was making and am now finally at a stage where I can easily manage.
1st assessment went well. Hristo asked a lot of questions and did well to keep explaining his thoughts as we progressed through the session.
Hristo Ugrenov was kind and helpful. He took his time with the analysis and showed me exercises I could work on to help my shoulder recover.
The experience was very good for me.In my opinion, the person I met was friendly and helpful.
Hristo was both very friendly and seemed very competent
Hristo helped me recover from a knee and ankle injury over a 6 month period. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Without him, I would not be recovered and in a healthy position to (finally) go run the London Marathon. Thank you, Hristo!
