Hristo Ugrenov was kind and helpful. He took his time with the analysis and showed me exercises I could work on to help my shoulder recover.

Elisabetta has helped me to regain strength and flexibility after a tendon injury. I can definitely recommend physio with her at Bodyset Maida Vale. When I first started I struggled to get up the stairs. Every week when walking up the stairs to the physio-sessions I could see the progress I was making and am now finally at a stage where I can easily manage.

1st assessment went well. Hristo asked a lot of questions and did well to keep explaining his thoughts as we progressed through the session.

I had an assessment with Ashwini today, she was fantastic, knowledgeable and made me feel very confident in her ability to help me. I am looking forward to doing my exercises, seeing progress and seeing her for my next appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

The address on google is incorrect, so I got lost getting there. Called, the operator was helpful kind and patient. The physical therapist was very kind and helpful too and also talked to my gp to share assessment. The place has stairs, and going up the stairs was very painful. PT should be accessible on ground floor.
