Dr Spratt oozed knowledge and understanding leaving myself with no doubt that my issue would be corrected. He picked up fairly quickly how nervous I was and put me at ease.
Prod Spratt has been amazing for us , from the first introduction to the rapid clinical intervention was really well communicated , clearly explained , and the overall feeling was one of confidence , ability and above all a high level of clinical competency , which was in complete contrast to our previous consultant . James efficiently gets to the source of the problem and comes up with the solution. My most recent experience demonstrates this where the results of my blood test were very positive due to a change of medication as proposed by James.
