Dr Delyth Howard

Dr Delyth Howard is a dedicated Consultant Community Paediatrician who specialises in providing compassionate and comprehensive care for children and adolescents. With a primary focus on paediatric neurodisability, Dr Howard works closely with families, carers, and healthcare teams to ensure every child receives individualised care tailored to their physical and neurodevelopmental needs. Her professional, objective, and reassuring approach aims to support young patients through every stage of their development, helping them achieve their full potential.

Dr Howard completed her medical degree (MB BChir) and earned a Master of Science (MSc) prior to undertaking specialist clinical training in paediatrics in London, focusing on community paediatrics and neurodisability. Reflecting her commitment to high standards of clinical excellence, she is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (FRCPCH) and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP).

Dr Howard possesses extensive expertise in the assessment and management of complex neurodevelopmental conditions and physical disabilities in children. Her clinical interests centre on autism spectrum disorders, motor disorders including cerebral palsy, and pre-school developmental delays. She is skilled in administering specialised interventions, including botulinum toxin therapy for motor conditions, as well as leading multi-disciplinary neurodevelopmental evaluations.
