Dr Clare Badley

Dr Clare Badley is a highly dedicated Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who specialises in providing comprehensive, patient-centred care for women experiencing a wide range of obstetric and gynaecological conditions. With a clinical focus that spans both general and specialised services, she is committed to delivering high-quality, reassuring care tailored to the individual needs of her patients. Her areas of expertise include benign gynaecology, vulval disease, and colposcopy, alongside a strong interest in perinatal mental health.

In her clinical practice, Dr Badley manages a diverse spectrum of gynaecological concerns, including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and menopause. As a skilled Consultant Colposcopist, she provides diagnostic assessments and treatments for pre-invasive diseases of the cervix, utilising procedures such as large loop excision of the transformation zone (LLETZ) and cervical cautery. She also works closely within multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care for complex conditions like vulvodynia and vulval skin disorders, ensuring that patients receive holistic and well-coordinated support.

Dr Badley completed her advanced specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology within the Cambridge region. She is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG), reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and professional development.
