Dr Baldry is a highly experienced Consultant Clinical Oncologist who specialises in non-surgical treatments for breast cancer, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted treatments, and immunotherapy. She is dedicated to providing holistic care to her patients, taking into account their individual needs, concerns, and priorities. Patients praise her medical expertise and compassionate care.

Dr Baldry received her first-class undergraduate degree from Oxford University, where she specialised in cancer biology, developmental biology, and genetics. She won a prize for cancer biology as the top-performing student in her year. She completed her clinical training in Edinburgh and was awarded honours in her medical degree.

After junior doctor training, Dr Baldry obtained an academic training post in clinical oncology in London, working in hospitals such as Guy's and St Thomas and Barts. During her training, she sat the examinations for the Royal College of Radiologists and was awarded the gold medals for both parts of the examination, making her the third person to achieve this feat internationally.

Dr Baldry is passionate about improving breast radiotherapy and has organised weekly peer review meetings, worked on new radiotherapy techniques, and contributed to national audit and guidance. She trains specialist radiographers and examines for the specialist examinations run by the Royal College of Radiologists. She has also contributed to textbooks on the management of breast cancer and taught on a European course for surgeons. In addition to her NHS practice, she runs weekly clinics in the private sector and is happy to see new patients.
