Dr. Caroline Keen

I am a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist and a HCPC Registered Arts Psychotherapist. This enables me to offer many different ways of working to best facilitate change to each individual. I can offer traditional talk therapy, along with somatic body work and creative mediums. I am experienced at both short and long term therapy for a wide array of different symptoms or presentations. I have lived experience of Chronic Health Conditions and Disability and clinical experience within therapy, including working with cancer diagnosis and treatment. I specialised in Service Related Mental Health Conditions with both Military Veterans and Serving Police Officers, understanding life changes, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I understand the pressures of the workplace and difficulties navigating bullying or harrassment, redundancy, mergers or retirement. I have experience of supporting people through workbased stress and relational issues, including PTSD and Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement (specially trained in Covid-19 Bereavement).
