I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I began my felt sense therapy journey with Hannah a few months ago, when I was going through quite a turbulent time emotionally with some health anxiety. I have suffered with anxiety and occasionally depression for as long as I can remember and I’ve always tried to run away from or distract myself from these uncomfortable feelings, in the hope that they would go away and not return. What I am learning with Hannah, is that I can stay gently with my uncomfortable feelings (without trying to fix them) and this is giving me new insights and deepening bodily awareness, which has allowed for emotional shifts and release. Felt sense therapy is teaching me about grounding and presence, by slowing down my thoughts and connecting to my body in the present moment and sensing inward. With practise and continual guidance from Hannah, I am learning more and more to stay with this felt sense, I have seen remarkable shifts in my ability to handle difficult and uncomfortable emotional situations and this has also given me new perspectives on old situations and is helping me to not get stuck in the inner monologue of negative thoughts. Working with Hannah is a joy, she is so positive, compassionate and encouraging and her incredible, deep knowledge of neuroscience has helped me to understand the way my brain works in a way I never thought possible! Thank you, Hannah, sincerely for taking me on this journey of self-discovery.

This is so wonderful to hear : ) Thank you so much for sharing your experience.
I found my first experience of felt sense polyvagal work really interesting and expansive. It was a fascinating way to explore emotion through the body. I love how the simplicity of the work clarified feelings and revealed my response to a history of events. Hannah is warm, approachable and also has a superb way of explaining the theory behind the work - because I had questions. Highly recommend.

Thank you for sharing your experience : )

After undergoing psychological therapy, I decided to follow Hannah’s 12-week program. Understanding the roots of my trauma was an important first step, but I was looking for concrete tools to transform my patterns in daily life. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to deepen my understanding of my trauma-related mechanisms, learn to listen to my body, and reprogram my subconscious. By the fifth or sixth session, I started noticing profound changes in my life—a true sense of liberation. A huge thank you to Hannah for her exceptional work!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience.
Through Hannah's help I’m now able to notice when I’m in survival mode and know what to do to get out of it. Overall I live way, way less in survival mode and I feel much more safe with myself since the beginning of our sessions. In talk therapy I learned a lot about my mind but it never changed how my body would feel. Now through working with Hannah I feel like my body finally understood too.

This is wonderful to hear - thank you.
