About David Polak
Mr David Polak is a BPC accredited Psychoanalyst and Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in both the public and private sector. He holds a Master's degree in Psychotherapy.
He is also a specialist in Sports Psychotherapy, working with the unique problems faced by atheletes, sports people and those who work with them., coaches, families and teams.
His other specialties include: depression, relationship/family issues, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem and anger management.
Mr Polak adopts a psychoanalytic approach to therapy and helps people become more aware of how unconscious feelings and thoughts may be affecting them in their everyday lives.
