Dr Camilla Snook

Dr Camilla Snook is an accomplished Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist and Foetal Cardiologist who provides comprehensive cardiovascular care for infants, children, and unborn babies. Specialising in the diagnosis and clinical management of congenital heart conditions, Dr Snook works closely with expectant parents and families to deliver clear guidance, expert assessment, and compassionate support. Her clinical practice focuses on ensuring early, precise detection of heart abnormalities to optimise health outcomes for her young patients.

Dr Snook completed her specialist postgraduate medical training in Paediatrics and Paediatric Cardiology in the South West of England. To further advance her skills in pre-natal cardiac care, she completed an advanced specialist fellowship in Foetal Cardiology at a premier cardiac centre in London. Alongside her consultant practice, Dr Snook holds a key medical education leadership role as a Training Programme Director for Paediatric Cardiology within the regional deanery, where she oversees postgraduate training and mentors emerging specialist doctors.

With extensive expertise in non-invasive cardiac imaging and antenatal diagnostic techniques, Dr Snook provides thorough evaluations using specialised foetal echocardiography. Her primary clinical interests include improving the antenatal detection of congenital heart disease, diagnosing complex structural heart malformations such as transposition of the great arteries, and managing foetal arrhythmias. She also delivers peripheral paediatric cardiology consultations, ensuring that young patients receive high-quality specialist care within their local communities.
