Dr Brianna Cloke

Dr Brianna Cloke is an accomplished Consultant Gynaecologist and Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology who is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalised care to women at all stages of life. Her clinical expertise spans general, emergency, and specialist gynaecology, with a particular focus on complex reproductive health issues. Dr Cloke prioritises a patient-centred approach, taking time to listen to each patient's individual concerns and tailoring diagnostic and treatment plans to support their long-term health and well-being.

Her clinical interests encompass menopause management, recurrent miscarriage, gynaecological endocrinology, and early pregnancy complications, alongside dedicated expertise in paediatric and adolescent gynaecology. Dr Cloke is skilled in performing diagnostic pelvic ultrasound scanning, outpatient assessments, and minimally invasive procedures, including laparoscopic surgery. She is also experienced in major gynaecological surgery, such as hysterectomy, enabling her to offer thorough and reassuring care for conditions including endometriosis and ovarian disorders.

Dr Cloke began her academic foundation studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge before obtaining her medical degree from St Bartholomew's Medical School in London. She completed specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology across prominent London teaching institutions. Awarded a prestigious Wellcome Trust Research Training Fellowship, she completed her PhD at Imperial College London in 2009, conducting recognised research in women's reproductive health. Her formal qualifications include a Master of Arts, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and a PhD, and she is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG). Alongside her clinical duties, she serves as a Senior Academic Lead in medical education, actively lecturing, supervising, and examining medical students.
