Dr Arif Battiwala is a highly dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who specialises in providing comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and young people. His clinical practice encompasses a broad range of general paediatric conditions, ensuring that young patients receive the highest standard of care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Throughout his career, Dr Battiwala has developed particular expertise in neonatal care, managing the health and development of newborn babies. He also has a keen clinical interest in treating respiratory conditions, including both upper and lower respiratory tract infections in children. Additionally, he is highly skilled in diagnosing and managing endocrine issues in young patients, with a specific focus on childhood thyroid diseases. Dr Battiwala completed his primary medical education at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat, India, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2006. He subsequently pursued postgraduate training at the same institution, obtaining his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Paediatrics in 2011. To further his professional development and align his practice with international standards, he successfully completed his examinations to become a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) in 2017.
