Dr Ardeshir Vahidi

Dr Ardeshir Vahidi is an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon who provides comprehensive aesthetic, reconstructive, and gender-affirming surgical care. With an extensive background in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery across Europe and the United Kingdom, Dr Vahidi adopts a patient-centred approach to clinical care, recognising the deep connection between physical appearance and psychological well-being. He works closely with each patient to understand their individual goals, helping them make informed choices in an environment built on trust, clear communication, and empathetic support.

In his clinical practice, Dr Vahidi offers a broad range of surgical procedures for the face and body. His expertise encompasses cosmetic enhancements such as facial procedures, blepharoplasty, lip augmentation, and body contouring, alongside reconstructive microsurgery and hand surgery. He also maintains a dedicated interest in gender-affirming procedures, particularly top surgery and breast procedures, tailoring surgical techniques to achieve natural, balanced outcomes while minimising scarring and discomfort.

Dr Vahidi earned his Medical Doctorate from Babes-Bolyai University in 1989. He subsequently completed advanced training in General Pathology at the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology of Tirgu Mures in 1994, followed by specialist higher training in Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Microsurgery at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest in 2002. Further honing his surgical skills, he completed a fellowship in hand surgery across university hospitals in Targu Mures and Bucharest. Alongside his clinical practice, he has contributed to medical education as an Assistant Professor in Histo-Pathology.
