I was recommended to Norman Waterhouse by two GP’s who said he was an artist in facial rejuvenation surgery and their no 1in the field. Having never done any kind of elective surgery making the choice of who to entrust with my face and neck felt onerous. So I cannot thank Mr Waterhouse and his lovely PA Karen plus his nursing team and the staff at the Weymouth Hospital enough for their kindness, warmth, and their consistent reliable organisation which made my journey into an unknown at 64 feel much less anxiety provoking. I also very much appreciated Mr. Waterhouse down to Earthness and honesty — he told me I me I would need a neck lift,facelift and submandibular gland removal. But that I didn’t need a brow lift or my eyes working on that he wasn’t in the business of getting clients to do things they didn’t need which I really appreciated. Before asking for advice from two GPS I had visited an alternative surgeon rated in the top five like Mr Waterhouse according to several glossy magazines — who made no mention of the gland removal but told me I would need CO2 laser and fat transfer none of which was necessary and whose clerical organisation was non-existent. I found the experience so unnerving and so personalising that I could not go ahead. Five weeks consiinto recovery I can already see what a transformation Mr Waterhouse has crafted and it is such a beautifully natural outcome. I recognise my face from 15 years ago — friends and family say I look really well and fresh which is the perfect reaction. Some know and others don’t know I had surgery. ...
