Mr William Townley

It has been a year since my initial consultation with Mr Townley and I am now 9 months post deep plane face lift. I have had a very positive experience from start to finish. Mr Townley and his team are wonderful: very friendly, caring, conscientious, capable and professional. From the moment I first had correspondence with Claudia I felt confident about my initial appointment. After meeting with Mr Townley for my initial consultation, I knew I was in good hands. He is clearly experienced but also appeared genuine, kind and listened to my concerns. I work on intensive care, and my partner is also a surgeon, in the NHS so knowing that Mr Townley has a background of working in the NHS is reassuring. I felt that I was given a comprehensive evaluation and was given advice on what he felt was needed. I also felt that he didn’t advise unnecessary procedures,. For example I have asked several times about procedures and he has reassured me that I don’t need them. The surgery itself was as expected. I recovered well. I have had no complications. Charlotte (Nurse) is absolutely lovely and caring. I am delighted with my outcome. Mr Townley has done an amazing job. He is a very talented and compassionate surgeon. I would highly recommend. An outstanding surgeon with exceptional skill and professionalism. From my very first consultation, he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, answer every question thoroughly, and explain the procedure in clear, reassuring detail. His calm and approachable manner gave me complete confidence, and the surgery itself went exactly as explained. From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence. After waiting so long to get it done I couldn’t be happier. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Townley and his team to anyone wishing to have rhinoplasty.
