Dr Anna Haestier

Dr Anna Haestier is an experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides compassionate and comprehensive care across all aspects of women's reproductive health. Dedicated to supporting patients throughout every stage of pregnancy and gynaecological care, she prioritises a patient-focused approach that emphasises safety, dignity, and individualised support. Her clinical practice encompasses both routine and complex obstetric and gynaecological care, ensuring that women feel heard and reassured during every step of their treatment.

Dr Haestier has developed dedicated clinical expertise in gynaecological scanning, early pregnancy care, and intrapartum management. A significant portion of her clinical practice centres on managing high-risk and complex pregnancies, with a focus on providing tailored care for vulnerable women. Her areas of interest include providing specialist obstetric care for women facing mental health challenges, teenage pregnancy, substance misuse during pregnancy, and female genital mutilation (FGM). Through this empathetic approach, she delivers personalised interventions to support both the physical and emotional wellbeing of her patients.

Dr Haestier completed her medical degree at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' School of Medicine, earning her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Her academic qualifications also include a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons) and a Postgraduate Diploma (PgD). She is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG), maintaining the highest standards of professional training and clinical practice in her field.
