Dr Andrew Levison

Dr Andrew Levison is an Anaesthetist. Dr Levison has a keen interest in patient safety and non-technical skills, regularly lecturing at airway workshops. They are also a Terema Human Factors trainer and Advanced Life Support instructor.

Dr Levison is passionate about aviation safety and holds an EASA Private Pilot Licence and an FAA Commercial Pilot Licence for single and multi-engine aircraft, as well as an instrument rating. They have logged over 1100 hours flying single and multi-engine light aircraft and are also a qualified Class Rating Instructor.

Dr Levison's other interests include simulation training and the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist. They have been heavily involved in designing and implementing the current checklist at Frimley Health.
