Mr Ali Tasleem is a Consultant Urologist at the Princess Royal University Hospital, part of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He also sees private patients at The Sloane Hospital, Blackheath Hospital and Chelsfield Park Hospital.
Mr Tasleem completed his medical degree at Imperial College School of Medicine in 2009, subsequently completing his core surgical training in Yorkshire. During his training he was awarded his Membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He later underwent a 5 year specialist training programme in Urology in North and Central London. During his specialist training, he gained expertise in all areas of general urology. He also completed further subspecialist training at the Stones and Endourology Unit at University College London Hospital where he gained experience in managing urinary tract stones and upper tract cancer using laser surgery and minimally invasive techniques.
Mr Tasleem has clinical expertise in all areas of general urology, with special interests in urological oncology. He sees patients with a variety of conditions, including the following:

All good. The doctor was direct he explained every step for all the proceedures. I don't think he could have done it better.

I found him very friendly and knowledgeable.He put me at ease before the operation and explained everything in detail regarding the procedure. He also was very helpful in the follow up phone call and displayed a keen interest in my well being.

The care I received from Dr Tasleem was exception. Not only did he spend considerable time with me to go through my prognosis and required procedures but he also ensured I was seen as quickly as possible to avoid undue anxiety and his professionalism and knowledge helped me make informed decisions about my treatment. From my first meeting with Ali through to my discharge he put me completely at ease.

From the first time I meet Mr Tasleem I was at ease and knew he understood my problems and concerns. Despite my ongoing infections and postponement of the first operation Mr Taleerm understood my needs. He put me at ease both before and after the operation and took the trouble to phone me on a Sunday night to make sure I was OK.

I only had one consultation with Mr Tasleem and he was friendly and explained my prognosis and my choices and referred me to speak to Guys. He did my operation and I saw him briefly before this. Mr Tasleem was very helpful in a difficult situation.

I felt very much at ease during what I would consider a delicate exploration of my condition which could otherwise have been quite embarrassing. The procedure was done quickly and effectively.
