Alex Jurgensen

I'm Alex, a BACP Accredited psychotherapist with two Master's degrees in Counselling and Psychology, and over 6 years of experience working with adults across a wide range of settings, from hospice care and addiction services to private practice.

Many of the people I work with appear to be functioning well on the outside but are privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, or a quiet sense that something isn't quite right. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

My approach is integrative, which means it adapts to you — your personality, your history, and what you're hoping to get from therapy. Sessions feel like an honest conversation with direction. You lead, but you won't be going alone.

I offer face-to-face sessions in Hammersmith W6, Islington N1, Fulham SW6 and Reading RG1, as well as online sessions across the UK via Zoom. I am registered with AXA, WPA, Aviva, Vitality and BUPA.
