Dr. Jo Gee

Dr Jo Gee is a highly-qualified Clinical Psychotherapist. She is a Senior Accredited Member of BACP and the Director of Dr Jo Gee Psychological Therapies. She offers treatments for anxiety, depression, panic attacks, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), stress and trauma.

She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and more impressively completed an MSc and PhD in Psychotherapy, She completed her specialist training at the University of Roehampton where she learned to develop a psychodynamic and integrative approach as a Psychotherapist. She works with both adults and adolescents, providing both individual and group sessions. Dr Gee especially works with mothers and patients with eating disorders or personality disorders. She also helped to establish The Luna Hive which provides expert advice on women's health.

Under Dr Gee's guidance, the therapy team utilises evidence-based treatments aligned with NICE guidelines and current research. Each therapy session is tailored to the individual needs and goals of the client, drawing from a range of modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.
