Dr Alex Gordon-Weeks

Dr Alex Gordon-Weeks is a highly skilled Consultant Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgeon specialising in General Surgery, with a dedicated focus on complex liver, biliary, and pancreatic conditions. Focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centred care, Dr Gordon-Weeks provides comprehensive surgical management for both benign and malignant hepatobiliary disorders. Dr Gordon-Weeks earned his undergraduate medical degree (MBChB) alongside a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. He completed his higher surgical clinical-academic training in General Surgery and earned a Doctorate of Philosophy (DPhil) in Radiation Biology. To further enhance his technical expertise, he undertook a dedicated fellowship in advanced liver surgery. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) and serves as a Clinical Lecturer as well as the Surgical Specialty Lead for Colorectal Liver Metastases with the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
