Afirah Azmi

Afirah Azmi is a psychotherapist at Nightingale Hospital in London, with extensive experience in mental health care across private hospitals and treatment centres. She provides both one-to-one therapy and group sessions, supporting individuals facing a range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addiction, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Alongside her work at Nightingale Hospital, she is also an associate consultant psychotherapist within a private organisation.

She works with individuals aged 17 and above, helping them navigate complex life experiences such as trauma, addiction, eating disorders, toxic relationships, anxiety, work-related stress, and obsessive-compulsive behaviours.
