Dr Adebola Sobande

Dr Adebola Sobande is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who provides high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to infants, children, and young people. With a patient-centred approach, Dr Sobande works closely with families to ensure that young patients receive compassionate and tailored clinical care. Her practice encompasses a wide range of general paediatric conditions, supporting young patients from infancy through adolescence.

In her clinical practice, Dr Sobande has a special interest in paediatric haematology, with a focus on the management of sickle cell disease and related haemoglobinopathies. She is actively involved in clinical initiatives aimed at improving healthcare quality and evaluating patient-reported experience measures to optimise treatment outcomes for children with chronic health conditions. Dr Sobande completed her medical training and earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree before undertaking specialist post-graduate training in child health.
