Dr Adam Glaser

Dr Adam Glaser is a dedicated Consultant Paediatric Oncologist and Specialist in Paediatric Care, providing compassionate, patient-focused medical care for children and young people facing complex medical conditions. His clinical practice encompasses the diagnosis and management of childhood cancers, life-threatening haematological conditions, and long-term survivorship care. Dr Glaser works closely with multi-disciplinary clinical teams to ensure every young patient receives personalised care tailored to their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

Dr Glaser earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, Imperial College London, qualifying as a doctor in 1989, and subsequently completed a Doctorate of Medicine. He undertook clinical training in General Paediatrics in London, Northampton, and Oxford, followed by higher specialist training in Paediatric Oncology in Nottingham, Toronto, and London. Dr Glaser is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (FRCPCH) and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP).

In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr Glaser maintains a strong focus on late-effects medicine, fertility preservation, and the long-term health outcomes of young individuals living with and beyond illness. His clinical interests also include supporting young patients with hereditary blood conditions, such as Sickle Cell Disorders and Thalassaemia. As a Consultant and Professor, he leads extensive research programmes dedicated to measuring health-related quality of life and improving patient-centred healthcare strategies for children and young adults.
