I read that I should expect to wait at times from 2 to 4 hours and in fact I waited from 11.30 to 5.30. I thought at one time they would say go home and come back tomorrow but nobody was saying anything. I couldn't have anything to eat and could only sip water.

The nurses,doctors ,everybody was nice to me. The room was pleasant. I am goung back there in 2 weeks time for the other eye. I hope to find the same Team again. The only issue is I am vegetarian abd I hope next time they can offer some vegetarian sandwich.
It was my second time visiting the private care at Western Eye to attend my appointment with Dr.Tariq regarding my chalazion removal. Dr.Tariq gave me very clear and helpful advice on the treatment and recovery plan. This time the procedure was a bit harder than last time as I perceived, but it was still successful and Dr. Tariq helped to remove the chalazion as much as possible. I’m still recovering these days but really appreciate the whole process.

The nurses were all lovely and kind, and I felt very well cared for. Mr Vig was wonderful and gave me complete confidence.
The place is absolutely knackered. The whole place is falling apart. The toilets were not clean tissue thrown all over the place. Dirt in the floor. Mirror not cleaned. It’s as though the people running the place have given up and can’t be bothered anymore. I’m paying for private healthcare, I expect at the very least to have a tea or coffee offered to me. I asked if there was any and was told “no just water” as if they were doing me a favour by me even getting water. Terrible, absolutely terrible would not recommend anyone to go here.
