In February 2022 I was facing a total knee replacement and felt incredibly anxious about it. Dr. Thing suggested an Arthrosamid injection as an alternative. Two years and three months later, my knee feels nearly 100% and so far I’ve managed to avoid surgery entirely. For me, this treatment has been life-changing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to delay or avoid major surgery!

Dr. Thing was extremely professional in his explanation of what he was going to do, the risks associated and in the actual injection. I've had significant relief from the injection, which has allowed me to resume the strengthening work I need to support long-term knee health.

The whole process was seamless from the initial enquiry and quote right through to the day of the injection. I was recommended the clinic by a colleague and I in turn will recommend it.

i went to get PRP to help with pain, i was talked into getting Hyaluronic Acid, despite not wanting it. the following day, i experienced extreme pain and ended up in hospital. it is 3 weeks later and i still cannot walk or stand. I am a prisoner in my home as a result. I walked in fine and came out a cripple as a result of my experience here. I have had hospital and GP home visits, Occupational therapy ordered a hospital bed at home as i can no longer do stairs or go outside my home. All as a result of how badly the injection was done and the damage it caused. I haven't been able to wash or change my clothes, sleeping in a recliner chair until the hospital bed arrives and a care package is put in place. The pain is extreme day and night. Made worse is the added neck and back pain as a result of sleeping in a chair. Going to this clinic was the worst decision of my life. I wish i had never entered that place. They have my money and don't care about what i'm going through. just tell me to call 999. They are heartless and ruthless - all about money. My life is ruined. i cry every day because of the pain and being chained to the house, no daylight or sunshine or fresh air. I am sceptical of the so-called 'good' reviews! Anyone can ask friends or family members to leave "feedback". I strongly urge caution if you are thinking about using this clinic. My life is ruined. I severely regret going there.

I came to see Dr. James Thing at the injection clinic for carpal tunnel symptoms and arthritis in my thumb. I brought my own X-rays, and he also carried out a thorough examination, including an ultrasound. He explained clearly that the most effective treatment would be 2 injections in the affected areas. The injections were administered with great care, and he took the time to outline what I should expect over the following week. It’s now been 5 days, and I’m already feeling a significant improvement. I would definitely recommend Dr. James Thing.

My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.
