All staff, from receptionist to consultant, very friendly, calm and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience. Miss Indusekhar and her staff made me feel very welcome, safe and reassured.

Slight communication problem when I had two appointments and got a notification about a cancellation and the receptionist told me one was cancelled when in reality they were both cancelled and moved to one appointment at a later date. Not the fault of the dr and not easy for the receptionist to understand but did cause me to take a trip to the hospital extra for no reason. Maybe make it clearer in the letter about cancellation.

Very calm friendly atmosphere, felt at ease and relaxed which is unusual for me at appts as I suffer with anxiety.
