Very pleasant, staff are welcoming and polite, the waiting area is spotless, complimentary drinks and biscuits. Can't fault it.

I attended Beacon Hospital for my operation and Rowley Hall as an outpatient. The staff at Beacon Park and Rowley Hospital are first class. Everything was fully explained and I felt very well cared for. I did find it a little odd that the outpatient facility at Rowley hall is on the first floor when so many patients had mobility issues. Even though there is a lift it is at the far end of the corridor from the entrance and outpatient desk. Overall though I was very satisfied.

The hospital is very clean the staff are very friendly and keep you informed on waiting times.
