This is an excellent clinic. It is very well organised with friendly and competent staff. I have been a patient for nearly six years and I have always been very satisfied with the care and treatment.
Early weekend appointment was great no waiting time waiting room very quiet staff very friendly
It was very good from going in the fron t door to the finish
Staff were really friendly and helpful but the waiting times were poor. Appointment letter stated it could take up to 1 hour and I was there for nearly 2 hours. No updates from staff for example "Won't be much longer" etc. Either more realistic times should be stated on the appointment letter, or appointments should be adhered to. As in move to next patient once the previous appointment has finished.
