I had an excellent experience at Newmedica Teesside. Erin was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and carried out my diagnostic tests efficiently and professionally, putting me at ease throughout. Mr Saad was calm, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified that a cataract was causing my vision problems, explained everything clearly in a way I could understand, and talked me through the treatment options and associated risks without ever making me feel rushed. I felt well informed and reassured throughout, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Newmedica Teesside.
Time of operation was near enough on time. Staff very friendly and polite and explained my questions very well. Again the staff were lovely and professional, also I could have a good laugh with them. Highly recommended.

I Recently had a bilateral upper blepharoplasty at Newmedica, and I cannot praise the clinic team enough. The overall service was highly efficient, with great communication at every single stage of the journey. Their after-support has been equally fantastic, with incredibly friendly staff checking in on my recovery. I've had both eyes treated for cataracts and both went very well, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable the procedures were quick and I recovered with no problems.
You are in safe hands here. Staff are skilled,friendly and efficient. There is a peaceful atmosphere in the venue so patients are calm preparing for procedures.
