Montrose clinic feels like a dream. The moment you step inside the gate you feel at peace and so taken care of. Cosmetic surgery can be so intimidating and the entire team at Montrose treated me with such safe and caring hands. Particularly nurse Alexa who was such a support physically and emotionally before my surgery and after my recovery.
The practice was easy to locate with secure entry and very private. The interior was very comfortable in the waiting area and the staff were very welcoming. We received with an equal measure of professionalism and friendliness.
To start with, the clinic is absolutely stunning. Upon entering you are greeted by a friendly receptionist who is very helpful and accommodating. Waiting time was short and the doctor was on time. The consultation was brief but thorough and I have left feeling reassure about the diagnosis and what treatment to take next.
The experience was perfect. The staff were very kind and the process was quick. All concerns I had put were put at ease by the doctor and I felt listened to and understood
Doctor Mounsey was fantastic and had a really good manner. The internet connection from his side was very poor in our digital followup.
Stunning facilities, super friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
