I had a septorhinoplasty with Cardogan Clinic, performed by Dr. Thomas Jacques, earlier this year, and I am extremely pleased with my experience. From my very first consultation, Dr. Jacques’ professionalism, expertise, and approach immediately gave me confidence that I had chosen the right surgeon. Choosing someone for a procedure as personal as this was a big decision, but I felt reassured by his knowledge, experience, and genuine understanding of what I wanted to achieve. I really appreciated how open and realistic Dr. Jacques was throughout the process. We had honest conversations about what was and wasn’t possible, what would best suit my facial features, and how to achieve a natural result. I never felt pressured into making changes that weren’t right for me. Instead, I felt listened to and guided by his expertise and judgement. His brilliant surgical skill and expertise are matched by his kindness and gentle approach. Dr. Jacques was calm, reassuring, and professional throughout the consultations and on the day of surgery. I always felt that I was in safe hands and that my wellbeing was genuinely important to him. Mr Jacques is incredibly talented and exceptional at what he does. I am so happy with my results and genuinely grateful for the care I received throughout the entire process. My case was a revision following an unsuccessful Septoplasty elsewhere that had unfortunately worsened my breathing. From the very first consultation, Mr Jacques was kind, thorough, and incredibly attentive. He gave me all the time I needed to discuss my concerns and never made me feel rushed. He even offered me an additional follow-up appointment at no extra cost when I had some new concerns. We discussed not only my nose but some broader questions I had, and he was patient, reassuring, and put my mind completely at ease. The surgery and recovery exceeded all of my expectations. Compared with my previous operation, my recovery has been dramatically easier. I experienced very little bleeding and significantly less pain, which reflects Mr Jacques’ surgical skill and meticulous technique. Most importantly, he has addressed every one of my concerns. Less than three weeks after surgery, my breathing already feels fantastic. Since the initial swelling settled, I have not felt the need to mouth breathe at all, which has been life-changing. I have also been amazed by how little swelling I have experienced. I had spent the best part of two to three years trying to find a surgeon who could correct a previous rhinoplasty done abroad. My nose wasn't awful, but it was definitely asymmetrical from the front (one nostril was higher than the other) and almost looked like a lower 'L' shape. It looked like two different noses from either side and I hated having photos taken from the front. This time I wanted to make sure I went to the best doctor possible. I came across Mr Jacques on Instagram and I loved how natural the results were, as well as the fact they seemed tailor-made for each person and not "nose job"-y. I also liked that he moulded noses around the person's gender or ethnicity, rather than creating the same nose on everyone. From our first meeting, I found Mr Jacques to be personable, funny and kind. He was realistic with what I should expect. By our second meeting, when he showed me a morph of what he wanted to do, I knew there and then he was the surgeon for me. I wasn't looking for "perfection" - I think if you chase perfection, you will never be satisfied and will go down the overworked route, which I see in my line of work a lot. I wanted my nose but better and he listened to that. I am a bit of a worrier and messaged Mr Jacques in between our consultations and surgery with any questions I had. He always replied to me and went above what many doctors or surgeons would have done, instead of me having to go through assistants or PAs. Mr Jacques is honest and realistic, and as such manages expectations appropriately. He promptly answered questions leading up to my rhinoplasty procedure. I took my time to carefully consider my decision to proceed but am delighted I did! I felt in safe hands throughout and although I am continuing to heal, I no longer dread a side profile photograph! I came to Dr. Jacques with a blocked nose and years of breathing issues while sleeping and chronic sinusitis. He was incredibly knowledgeable and assessed me with care. After tests and trying nasal drops for 12 months I finally decided to go for a septoplasty and was the best decision I ever made. It’s given my life back. Dr Jacques was fantastic and he always made me feel well looked after and explained everything before the procedure and after. I am writing this review 8 month after and I am glad to say I can sleep again thanks to Dr. Jacques.

Mr Jacques was very reassuring and answered all of my questions and concerns making me feel comfortable in his ability. I am especially pleased with how natural yet still enhanced my nose looks. It is in facial harmony with the rest of my features. Highly recommend if you are considering a rhinoplasty.
