I have visited Simon Gane numerous times this year following a complex recovery from a ‘minor’ nasal operation with the NHS early in 2026. Simon is patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable in ENT health and surgery matters, and beyond. Simon is reassuring and explains his thinking and next steps for treatment as part of the healing journey. Simon has a very natural and calm presence which immediately helps patients to relax, even during difficult initial examinations where tissue is yet to heal. I wish that Simon had operated on me initially as I feel his experience could have led to a different / more appropriate clinical approach to the one used originally. Nothing but praise for Simon and a massive thank you for believing in me and helping me to heal up to this point. Still on a journey but hugely improved - thank you!

I arrived early and greeted in a friendly manner by both the gentleman downstairs and the lady on the clinics reception desk. The waiting room was pleasent although a little warm - but fans were in place to help lower the temperature Seen very promptly by Mr Gane who was very reassuring and explained everything I needed to know
All the staff were wonderful and helpful. Dr Gane was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient
A good, clean and organized facility . I got a feeling of reliability while waiting in the reception.
My conversation with Dr Gane was highly beneficial. I shared my concerns with him, and he offered potential solutions. As usual, he have also provided a letter for my records.
